I liked this video for the lightroom tutorial
What is better camera plus or pro cam 4 thanks great review
ProCam allows you to decide which lens you are going to use; therefore, if you will never use digital zoom unless you want to use it. The app also shoots in RAW.
+M.L 1234 Lightroom, RAW by 500px, and Snapseed
Joseph Linaschke That is cool. By the way procam does manual as well. Just make sure you get ProCam 4
+Gerardo Quintero I'll try that one out. Adobe Lightroom Mobile and Manual do as well now.
Fantastic video showing the capabilities of the iPhone 7 as not only a fantastic camera, but a capable computer to do editing on. Great stuff!!
How do you get the local adjust feature in Lightroom, is it a paid feature?
+Jin Hyunyang Are you a paid CC user? Now that you say that I think you have to be!
i'm on an iphone 7 and i noticed the local adjust feature, however i was required to sign in to use it, and adobe said that it's only a 30 day trial... any idea why this is so?
+Jimbo 35637 ah yes it may requiere more powerful phone
Joseph Linaschke Just looked again I dont seem to have it maybe cause my phone is 2 years older then the iphone 7. Anyway thanks for the video showed me what you can do with lightroom! :)
+Jimbo 35637 No paid features. Just tap the "local adjust" button on the bottom while editing :-)
Very interesting!! Have you made some 4k video? Is there any app that let you manipulate a single frame and then process all the movie? That will be VERY interesting to see!
You know what, I haven't! Actually that's not true… I set the camera to 4K and have shot some video of the baby, but I haven't done any tests. OK, that's a great call. I will do that on a future Photo Moment!
Thank you for this video I truly enjoyed it the question that I have is that I will be receiving my iPhone 7 Plus and I want to know what is the best camera app that I can get from the Apple store and it's light room the best editing software for the raw images that I will be doing
+Masood Jamily there are dozens of apps, all with different advantages. I encourage you to spend some time at http://PhotoApps.Expert where that's what we talk about. Personally I shoot with the built-in camera app the most, then Lightroom Mobile for RAW. My favorite editing apps are Snapseed, Priime, Polarr VSCO and SKRWT.
Wow nothing is real! Just manipulated like all photography is now. A picture never tells a story only an edit guru makes a story. Composition is everything but after that it's all manipulated to the 1000th degree. Sad so sad!
its all about how you edit the colours. but the moment and the narrative is what differs great photographers and those who's not.
And i.m.h.o. that's one of the most important reasons - besides skill of course - why I might end up with an entirely different picture post editing than the photographer next door working on the same RAW. I'm pretty sure I have a 'handwriting' by now, as in my pictures are recognizable as mine by others.
+Jules Stoop Very true. What the camera captures may not be what we remember. Plus, our brain ignores certain things and remembers others. And the human eye has a much broader dynamic range than any camera can capture in a single frame, which our brain assembles in a unique way for each person. Hence, beauty truly is "in the eye of the beholder".
But a well manipulated image can actually be much closer to what our brains see or remember than just the digital capture.
haha well, every image is manipulated and remember that the RAW image is NOT what was seen in the real world. So the truth is somewhere in-between.
Mr. White!
Banklock01 if you say so ;-)
What app is that you are using for the raw pictures
+luke Skywalker That's Lightroom Mobile
Would love to see a long shutter picture taken with camera+ app, where u can also choose raw mode, city skyline or something.
keep upp the good work=)
+Steffen thanks for the suggestion. I actually plan to do a complete RAW-app roundup (and an HDR-app roundup) over on http://PhotoApps.Expert pretty soon. Stay tuned there!
you think iPhone 7 plus is a good camera for outfit post? or take raw pictures on lightroom.. if u can't afford a DSLR camera
+Miss Zeinab It's no replacement for a dSLR but it's a damn fine camera.
I have a dslr camera and I'm just a poor student saved a long time for my purchase. But to be honest I don't and can't carry my dslr camera all the time... That's why I'm interested in the iPhone 7 plus. If this phone can come slightly near a dslr camera I might purchase it. It's much easier to carry around
+Da Same That is very true! And you can buy a cheap dSLR (or a better, but used one) for less than an iPhone.
Don't get me wrong Iliana but having money for a 7 Plus and not being able to afford a DSLR does not make much sense...

Even a cheap DSLR nowadays takes better shots than any smartphone.

Now...if you wan't a phone due to the apps and everything else (calls, sms and so on)...that's another point.
I'm not sure what you mean by "outfit post"? But yes it appears to be a very good camera. It's still not a dSLR but for a lot of people, it's good enough!
