I think the orange dogs eyes look nicer than the black ones because his pupils are open wider, he appears to be looking more off angle to the flash and that might explain it.
The speed light I think is only available in UK. It is a rebranded Godox Wistro 360 iTTL High speed flash. Adorama rebrand as Flashpoint. another rebranded one is Cheetah
