I import my images first to an ” All Images” folder on the desktop. I then trash the ones I do not intend to keep. 90% of my images are on an Ex HD so on the Ex HD, I then either create a new folder or look for an existing folder where I need the images. I then move my images there. Aperture does not “look for new images” in a folder created in its Library so would it not be best just to put all the images in one big folder and use Aperture to file them correctly.

The question is: what's the best way? This question is sort of connect to my first post below.
