because it has an iPhoto library cleaning module. and since aperture and iphoto use the same library now, it should work as well for my aperture library?
what it does: cleaning your library of old unused data, but is it safe to use?

Id be very careful and back up before using CleanMymac2. I think that program does a lot and adds items to the startup, so Id stay away. There is a iphoto lib duplicate finder that just works on the lib and not the whole system. Hopeful those with better memory will pitch in. But then we are back to the first question Can it be used on both iPhoto and AP lib. I GUESS so …. but thats not a safe answer for “Precious” our beloved lib.
I have only done AP Repair and Rebuild.
