AppleScripts will not work. Keep getting "message" #1

I just downloaded the latest applescripts; installed them, but are unable to use them. I keep getting the following message: 

“This script utilizes the built-in Graphic User Interface Scripting architecture of Mac OS x which is currently disabled.

Click the checkbox “Enable access for assistive devices” in the Universal Access preference pane and run the script again”.

Where do I find the Universal Access Pref. pane, and dwhat do I do?

It’s on the Privacy tab under Security & Privacy in System Preferences. Here’s some detailed info from Apple:
