Recently had my RAID fan motor die and need to access my referenced files from the spare back up drive until the RAID is repaired. My Library is on my iMac but the referenced files are on an external drive. Never had to do this before so I’m stumped.

Looking this up in the Aperture manual, the procedure is called “Relocate Referenced Files”. Not practical for my many hundred gig files. Isn’t there a way to somehow have the Library look for the identical referenced files in an identical folder and folder structure on my backup hard drive?
