I just upgraded Aperture to new iMac and tried to restore photos from vault. It would not open and after using the tools rebuilding etc. all the 100,000 photos are now in one folder and the app crashes on launch. Can I import the photos into Apple Photos and then back again into Aperture to try and fix the problem? Will Photos do anything to the photos?
