Photographer Eric Mindling spends half his time in Oaxaca, Mexico, and the other half in Oregon, USA. While a relative youngster to the professional photography space, he's been shooting one way or another his entire life, and has seen the quality of his work grow exponentially just in the last few years. In this conversation we'll experience selections of Eric's dance and portrait photography, as well as an environmental portraiture project through Mexico that puts a decidedly commercial look on his stunningly beautiful portraits.

We did a terrible job prepping for this and rushed into live production. The first minute or so of the interview featured a fabulous audio feedback loop which was so atrocious that I've cut it from this video entirely… but you didn't miss much. Listening to the recording, I don't even think my microphone was feeding into the system, which is so completely bizarre. And to top it off, in the last minute dash I forgot to record the backup audio — so we only have what was broadcast live! *sigh*… when it rains it pours. We'll get better at this… promise.
