Hi all,
I have used Aperture for some time, but still I'm not an expert, so I'm asking here ;)
In some Aperture 3 themes (for example Photo essay or picture book) there are photo-boxes that span across two pages. However, I would like to have one of those in the modern lines theme, which by default does not provide it.
I tried to add it by using “edit layout” -> “add photo box”, but when I enlarge the photo box to go in the other page, it is not visible :(
Does anybody know how to solve this issue?
Many thanks in advance,
Marco
Marco,
Unfortunately there is no double-page spread in that theme (I can’t say why, there just isn’t), and unfortunately you can’t add one.
The best I can suggest is that you create two side-by-side full-bleed pages, and add the same photo to each page, scaling it so the seams match. I know it’s not ideal, but in the end it’s not that hard to do, and will give you what you want (a double-page spread). Just be careful when placing the photos that they align.
