Resolution and viewing screen change #1

I was loving Aperture 3 after installing at the HCMC ADE institute, but it has since then become a bit of a mystery in behavior. It seems that the photos will not display fully in the screen, in any of the views. The browser puts all photos at the top of the screen and even off the screen to the right where I cannot scroll anymore to access or see them. Seems like a bug, but I have not found any references to it in forums or posts. The spinning wheel is common and system is slow with A3 as well. I reinstalled but did not have any luck. What is your suggestion or experience with this.
I posted a MobileMe gallery with screen shots of what my display looks like. No scrolling possible in browser view. Many half photos that will not display fully and it also seems as if everything has shifter to the right. When you have some time, I would appreciate a look at my screenshot pics from the link below.
I was really blown away with the blackpoint editing feature. I have ever seen this before and was loving Aperture and advocating for it before it became a mystery. My computer runs 10.6.7 OSX and is 2.13 GHz Interl Core 2 Duo with 2 GB 800 Mhz DDR2 SDRAM on a Macbook - should be plenty.

Alfred,

I’ve seen this issue come up before. It seems the problem is related to the Mac and Aperture getting confused on screen resolutions; is it possible that you’ve changed resolution and/or attached an external display or projector while Aperture was running?

Regardless, quit Aperture, go to the Display preferences, and change resolutions, re-launch Aperture, quit it, change resolution back to normal, and launch again. See if that resets it.
