I was using NiK HDR 2 this evening. When I went into filmstrip mode to begin my import into NiK I began to see images like this:

I'm running a late 2009 iMac 2.8 i7 with 16GB of RAM so I know it's not a RAM issue. Could it be a video RAM issue? My graphics card is the Radeon HD 4850 512 MB. My only thing there is that I edit a lot of HD footage and haven't come across the problem….. yet.
I know the late 2009 iMacs are on the list for potential jacked up HDD, but when I entered my serial number into the website it said mine was good (allegedly). Any thoughts???
Thanks for the reply Thomas. I’m officially “that guy” for not looking through the forums first, doh!
Dustin,
Not a new problem. See these ApertureExpert forum posts for the discussions. No definitive answer unfortunately.
