Many of my PNG files get corrupted when importing into aperture. I’ve create a blog post here to show the error. I’ve included a PNG file in that blog post that should reproduce the error. I would appreciate any help… or at least confirmation of the bug.

I haven’t ever imported PNG’s AFAIK so can’t report first-hand if I’ve seen it. Not the answer you’re looking for, but can you just batch convert them to JPG or TIF? Create a Photoshop droplet or even an Automator action. Should work around the issue right? Is there a reason they are created as PNG’s to begin with?
