Prior to Aperture 3.1.1, I was able to select the correct profile for the paper I wanted to use, and then after pressing print, I was able to select the type of paper I wanted to in the dialogue box. I am now trying to use Epson Exhibition Fiber Paper, and the dialogue box only lets me chose Glossy, Semi-Gloss, or Luster. I would appreciate any help in figuring out the solution.

I checked the installation of Aperture 3.1.1 that I have on my MacBook Pro, and the print dialogue box is different than the one I am having trouble with on my iMac.
On my iMac, the main print dialogue box allows me to chose the correct profile I want to use. In the 2nd dialogue box, however, Color is grayed out, and it still registers that I have selected one of 3 choices - Gloss, Semi Gloss, Luster instead of the media type I have chosen. I tried installing the most recent printer driver for my Epson R2880, but that has not made a difference.

Dudley,
Could it simply be that you need to click the More Options button? Fewer Options selected [screenshot] and More Options selected [screenshot]

I had the dialogue box expanded. It turned out that I had to reinstall some of my ICC profiles.
