Hi:
I am trying to move a photo from one project to another. When select it and move it, 4 photos in total move. If I select the 3 “additional” photos to move back to original project, all 4 move. Its as if all 4 are linked and act as one photo. What did I do to create this behavior and how to I “unlink” them?

It sounds like they are stacked; here’s a screenshot of stacked and un-stacked images [screenshot].
If they are stacked, that’s precisely what will happen. You can unstack them from the menu command Stacks > Unstack or Stacks > Extract Item if you want to take out a single photo.
