Hi
This is strange since updating to Lion my photos from Aperture will not sync with my iPhone.
Note my iPhone is a First Gen (yes I Know) and also my movies are not syncing from iTunes either. When I click on the project it comes up with 0 on left meaning there are no photos.
Any ideas ??

Aperture photos not Syncing

Graham,
Scroll back through recent posts in here. There’s been several discussions on this topic. Also you can use the search in the top left corner for terms like “sync” or “iPhone”, etc.
Feel free to ask follow-up questions on those older posts, too. Often the people who helped originally are still subscribed to the thread and may be able to chime in again.

Didn’t know where to put it so I put it here.
Couldn’t find what I was looking for may be it is in here but did further searching and found this.

I kept getting the same problem shortly after upgrading to the latest software. In your iPhoto, you have to open up Finder, open Pictures folder. In it you will find iPhoto Library. Open the folder preferences (I don’t know the term how to do it, but on my macbook I use two fingers to tap it open). Select “Show Package Contents” and then look for iPod Photo Cache. Take that file and trash it!! Go back to your iTunes, and sync your photos. This should work. I just tried it and I am relieved to finally get my pictures back on my iPhone!
Good Luck!”
substitute iPhoto for Aperture
And guess what it worked ……except my videos didn’t they are in iTunes so will have to keep searching

Just in case you wanted to know how dumb I can be!!
I needed to create an iPod/iPhone version of the movies to sync with my first gen iPhone.
Didn’t need to with my wife’s iPhone 4 !! I think I need an upgrade sept / oct sounds about the right time!!
