Curtis, have you checked that the folder has not been created under the project itself? The folder should be positioned at least in the same hierarchy level (or higher) as the project before you can drag it into the folder.
Michael, that worked. Thanks. I had to figure out what to select so the folder would appear on the same hierarchy (select “Library” even though nothing will be highlighted). Curtis

Hm, I’m not sure why it’s not working for you. All you have to do is drag the project into the folder, like this: [movie]
Is that what you’re trying to do? And if so, what’s happening… is the project bouncing back to it’s original location?

The thing that foxed me with this was being unable to drag a project from the project browser window to a folder.
I can drag them up and down the hierarchy viewer and drop them as I wish just like the nice, simple video clip showed.
