So, I haven't seen the forums blow up with issues, so how is the Mountain Lion upgrade going?

I downloaded last night and have my USB stick all ready to go for tonight. Just wondering how it was going for others.

Nothing at all for me, I have not come across any issues.

I too have my usb stick handy to do a fresh install, however it will need to wait as I am a bit busy. I just did the upgrade option and it seems to have worked better than the lion one did.

Aperture seems to be a bit more responsive as well, and edits do not seem to take as long to process.

All in all, I am one happy mountain lion’er

What capacity stick does one require. I only have 2 gig at present.

I'd much rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy.

you will need an 8gb stick.

This is a good guide to follow:

8GB … if you want to create a bootable version for the stick … I don’t think 2GB would even hold the install file … Lion was 3.5GB as I recall …

I’ve had relatively few problems over all with Mountain Lion, and I was running developer previews. The past few weeks on the final release have been great for me, and Aperture 3.3 runs really well! (I wouldn’t run anything less than 3.3.2 on ML, but seeing as that’s a free upgrade, all should be good!)
