After all the trouble I had with snapseed and then thought it wasn't snapseed I decided to stick with Aperture, brought 10 training video's from here and was happy, brought Silver Efex pro2 and now after adjusting with SEP the files are Tiffs and I don't know how to change them, so I can't stick them on my blog, what is going on?
need help big time.

When you select the file right-click or control-click and select export/version. You then get a number of different options and sizes, even custom! Make sure the color space is sRGB however as then the files will look better on the majority of monitors/browsers.

Thanks Chris, I managed to export to my desktop as a jpg which is good, but why has this changed, I use to be able to drag and drop into my blog all the time before Mountain Lion, why have they made it so difficult?

Thanks again.

I hadn’t tried the drag method in awhile. I was able to drag to my desktop without issue. I haven’t ever tried to import into my blog that way. When I get a chance I will give it a try and see.

Mark,

Any time you drag and drop out of Aperture, you will be dragging out a JPEG. It’s not possible to drag out a TIF. The file Aperture creates when it sends an image to a plugin like NIk is either PSD or TIF depending on your preferences, however the file dragged to the desktop is always a JPEG preview, size and quality determined by your preview settings.

if that doesn’t clear things up let me know and I’ll point you to some additional info.
