My Canon printer iX6520 prints letter size prints fine from my iMac but won't print
11x14s after all the parameters of image and paper size are set for it. Preview then
looks perfect as it prints an 8.5 x 11 off-center on the 11x 14.
l am running 10.6.8.

I don’t have that printer, and mine only prints letter size. Maybe someone else can help who has that model?
Can you print successfully from another app, like Photoshop? If so (and assuming no one else can help), you may need to call Apple support or head to an Apple Store. If however it won’t print from anywhere else either, then it sounds like a Canon issue.
