Hey all,
Im not at all familiar with AppleScript and I don’t even know if it will solve my problem, but I’d like to find a way to add the same exact adjustments to multiple photos. For example I’d adjust the highlights/shadows and sharpen each photo to the exact same levels. Is there a way to do that?

That's built into Aperture already. The feature is called Lift and Stamp.
It's been covered in three different Live Training videos recently; check out numbers 109, 113, and 116.
