When I load a project of photos I’ve taken, I go through the process of removing some photos, e.g., slightly out of focus, or I didn’t like the composition, etc and then select what I think are the shots I like the best and then rate the photos (I use a star system).  The top rated are the ones that I do adjustments on.  I will often go back several days or even weeks later and take a second look at the ones I did not work on and decide whether I want to play with adjustments on them.  Everyone has their own workflow and mine has evolved over time but I’m sure you could watch some of Joseph’s training sessions or visit the store for one of his ebooks to get a starting point.
