Adobe early this morning had a CC update including the DEHAZE feature for Lightroom CC along with other updates.

LR CC and 6.1
Camera Support
Lens Profiles
Bug Fixes
New Features in CC Version as well: Dehaze - Blacks and Whites Sliders in Local Adjustments
iOS Lightroom Mobile
Tone Curve
Vignettes
HSL/BW
One note of information: I found out that these new updates did not show up in Adobe Creative Cloud until I signed out and signed back in.
Stuart, I got an update message on my top tool bar this morning and I’m updating as I type this. Dehaze looks like an awesome addition to the tools in Lr, but adding B&W sliders to local adjustments may be just as significant. Hint for next update, Adobe: Add the Dehaze slider to the local adjustments as well!

Hi Florian,
Yes the B&W slider feature that was added to the masking brush and the gadurated filter along with the radial filter is cool upgrade. One thing I did not catch until I watched Terry Whites video http://youtu.be/dhhN1XKfBuE was the new features with Adobe Mobile with IOS (iPhone & IPad). You are now able to upload via the Adobe Cloud videos from your iPhone and or iPad to Lightroom. Meaning I no longer have to connect the iPhone or iPad to my MacBook Pro Retina in order to get videos into Lightroom. That is a nice feature. Of course there are a number of new editing tools with Adobe Mobile that have been added.

So the standalone customers are NOT being catered for equally as Dehaze and B&W are not included in the update?
