If your other programs sees it I would think its there. Some times I don’t see it either but it is there. In the import dialog box look at the bottom of the page ( Im always looking at the top left under the import button ). You should see some input options and you may have to scroll to the left to find the device where the images are stored. Cant remember if you have to look in the desktop folder but try that too. If that isnt there please write back
Well I screwed up that response. The card reader drive should appear in the top left portion of the import dialog box. Are you not seeing it there but it does appear on your desktop?
I guess ‘I couldn’t see for looking’!!! I had been looking down the bottom amongst the files already on my MBPro. It even tells me which Pentax body my card is from, the K-5 or K-5IIs.
