Hi,
Editing a wedding, using auto exposure adjustment and I get the beachball and have to force quit. If i go to another app. from the dock (which is very slow to appear), the open Ap. page is not shown in the dock.
Don’t seem to have problems in other projects.
Have deleted trash, Repair permissions & Database and also disc repair on HD several times.
Any ideas anyone?

Are you batch auto-exposing or doing a single photo? And is it just one photo that does this or all?
One method that may work is to export the offending project as a new library; delete the original and reimport, having taken sufficient backup precautions. Also you’ve mentioned repair; what about rebuild? Again, be sure to backup!
