Hello,

I have been using iPhoto for many years and have a library with around 25000 photos. I have started using Aperture recently and have been opening the iPhoto library with the Aperture app. Is there any real difference with the two libraries other than the name?. Is it ok to keep using the original iPhoto library with Aperture. I plan to exclusively use the Aperture app now. Should I create an Aperture library and import the iPhoto library into it?
