I am shooting RAW only with a D800. Aperture was considering the vertical or horizontal orientation of the images upon import.
I imported a library form Aperture to C1 and vertically shooted images display horizontally in the browser of C1
Did I missed something, either in Aperture before import to C1 or in C1?

I had the same problem with my Canon files when I had my first try at importing my Aperture library. This was one of many bugs caused by the size of my library. When I separated the import into smaller batches (by exporting my top folders in Aperture as new libraries), this bug went away and everything was correct afterwards.
The C1 importer seems to have a lot of trouble with bigger Aperture libraries, but I don’t know where the cutoff point is (my library was 27.000 images).
