I was not allowed to choose a picture from my local machine. I had to move the screenshot to Dropbox/Public and copy/paste the public link.

If that didn't work, let me know. Otherwise we're looking into a better process. I realize this is tedious.
I finally found it. It’s not that obvious to be honest. Not sure what can be done to improve it though… usually the option to upload is right there since most are uploading form their computers as opposed to find in the “server”.
