There’s lots of topics on other Lightroom forums about this. Seems like signing out of CC and signing back in fixed the problem. You might want to check those LR forums.
Edit: Just saw this Adobe help article. Take a look:
And your right, what was happening, I was signing in and out of Adobe but not signing in and out of Adobe CC, took me a while to find it, didn’t realise it was sitting under preferences
After that all good, bit of a learning curve for this old timer,
