So I am trying to remove some plugins that I dont use, but I cant find them. I have looked in the Library / Aplication Support / Aperture / Plugins and the plugins I want to delete arnt in there. Any ideas on where else they might be?

Probably in the User folder. Plug-ins can be installed in either:
HD/Library/Application Support/Aperture/Plug-Ins
or
~/Library/Application Support/Aperture/Plug-Ins
(where ~ is your user folder)
