Is there keyboard shortcut for closing a window like the retouching window in Aperture? Takes just a second to close it with the mouse, but I don’t have seconds to spare.
Ok, I’ve found that command+w will close the window if it’s selected, but often the window isn’t the selected, and I understand you can de-select with command+tilda, but how does one select the window within Aperture again?
I’m actually surprised you got Command-W to work… it doesn’t for me. And unfortunately, it doesn’t appear that there is a way. There are many commands in Aperture (especially in Faces) that could really use some more keyboard shortcuts.
Worth looking at is Apple’s PDF on keyboard shortcuts though, which can be downloaded here (although it won’t help you in this case, I’m afraid).
