I have 20+ large old style hardcopy photo albums that I would like to bring into Aperture so that they can be viewed on a HDMI equipped TV using Apple TV. There seem to be 2 routes open to me:

1. Scan each photograph individually and import or

2. photograph each page on a copying stand as jpeg and import.

The second method will be much quicker and I suspect that the quality will be satisfactory. It will also capture the hand written titles/comments on the pages was well. But if I want to zoom into one of the photos on the page then there is only the “z” button on the Macbook Air.

I would welcome any comments or advice on this issue.
