My external HD failed a while back and I’ve replace it with a new one for backup.  I want to create a new vault on it, but when I begin the procedure, I get the following message: New vault cld not be created. Ensure that the destination path has appropriate permissions and the vault has a new name.

It was easy to give it a new name but where do I go to get these permissions? Any other advice for doing this procedure? When I created the original vault, I don’t remember needing to do anything about permissions and destination paths.
