I tried to open an old library (not my default library) and got the message that I needed to upgrade the library in order to open it, so I did. After this, I no longer had access to my main default library. A few other libraries show up on the list and I can switch over to those but I have NO access to my main default library. Help! I tried repairing and even restoring the library but it didn't work. Does anyone have any suggestions???
To add to this, I tried to open an old vault but got a message that it could not be opened because it’s in an old version of the software. This library was a couple of months old anyway so I’m really hoping I can restore my current library.

I’m not quite sure what you’re describing. If you find your default library using the Finder does it show up? And if so, what happens when you open it from there?
