After upgrading to Aperture 3.2 today I was required to upgrade my library in my external hard drive. The upgrading process does not progress past step 3. What should I do?

What happens after step 3… does it just not seem to progress any further? If it’s a really large library, patience may be in order. Does it crash? Report an error?
