I don’t believe so. When searching, you can tell Aperture to only show Stack Picks, but I believe that’s the limit of stack searching.

A psued-workaround would be to search by version names for images that have ” - Version ” in the name, as every new version that is stacked automatically gets that added to the name. Of course if you’ve manually stacked different photos, or have changed the names, then this won’t help much.
