Hello all Guys, this is my first post, I'm happy to be in this group. :-)
I spent some time to searching, but I didn't find nothing.
I bought a new macbook pro, with an external monitor, now I'm moving all my libraries and all is ok.. When all libraries will be moved I'd like to move all my presets, plugins and setting to new mac, but I don't know how do that.
Can someone help me? Thanks!

Alex,
You can dig through your preferences and find all these files, however it’s better to export and import the presets, and to reinstall the plugins. For the Aperture presets, just go to the presets menu under the Adjustments tab, and edit the preset… from there you’ll see how to export them—then just copy over and import on the new Mac.
For the plugins, you should re-download the installers if you don’t already have them, and just reinstall.
If you had presets for those, then if you looking the ~/Library/Application Support folder you’ll likely find folders for the plugins you have, and their presets in there. Just copy those to the new Mac, and put them in the new place of course.
