I’m not sure why my post is blank up above, but let me try this again… all of the photos in my Photos library that are edited or have keywords no longer have the symbols at the bottoms of the photos indicating they’ve been edited or keyworded. It’s bizarre! I have no idea why the symbols disappeared. I edited and added keywords to some new photos and they don’t have symbols on them either. This feature just stopped working. I’ve already done a library repair with no luck. Any ideas on how to fix this issue? TIA!
Go to View/MetaData in the Menu Bar and you can choose to show (or not) keywords/edited/file type etc. Then you will see (or not) the little icons on your image thumbnails.
Thank you so much, Chris! I didn’t change anything so I don’t know why those items were suddenly not checkmarked, and I had forgotten that we needed to do that because it has been since Photos was first released that I’ve been using it and had set it up. I’m so relieved! :)
