there are a couple of interesting PreSets offered on MacCreate and I would like to ask if I can use this presets also with my Panasonic DMC FZ 50 a Bridge Camera.

I know the camera is not a dSLR but makes quite good photos…….hopefully the presets will work….

I haven’t used those presets, but the beauty of the presets in Aperture is that they can be applied to any image and any format. The camera support mentioned in those is simply a file dimensions limitation. As long as your files are smaller than the ones from the cameras listed 9and the 5D Mk II is a 22 Megapixel camera, the highest of any dSLR out there now), you’ll be fine.
