Recently I was having problems seeing the deleted files in my trash so following the advice on the site I copied my photos into a new library. Problem solved. Then I made a new vault of my recreated library on an external USB drive. Took 2 days but now it's done. The problem now is file size. My main library is 356.84GB but my vault is 550.25GB – that's 54% bigger. Anyone have any thoughts as to why? (This is a managed library, internal drive is a 512GB SSD, external drive is a 750GB HHD.)
