You can simply drag-n-drop it via Apple Finder. Then navigate to the new location in Finder and double-click it. That will force Aperture to open it in the new location.
It worked! I was afraid that it could get Aperture confused, but when I opened it after moving the library it showed a box with all libraries and it was easy to tell which one was the right one.
