Seems simple: I have found a number of pictures scattered throughout my main library which should be in another library.
Moving them one by one is tedious in the extreme. But I cannot see how to move them easily into different projects in another library (libraries).
Can be done or not?

That is exactly what can be done. Export as a new Library [screenshot], then import that Library [screenshot].

Add them all to an Album (or keyword or label them so you can use a Smart Album to easily bring them all up at once), then export that collection as a new Library.

Yes, no problem exporting to (and creating) a NEW library. But I want to add them to an EXISTING library.
It would be nice if I could simply import/export from one library to another. But I cannot see how this can be done.
