I requested a new password as I seem to keep on forgetting it. I got the password reset, clicked on the link which took me to the home page (not a page to reset a password), and was automatically logged in. I tried to reset my password but can’t because I don’t remember my current password. Tried again, requested a new password. Same thing, it takes me to the home page.
i got the same issue, I’m trying to set my password for the first time after shopping, being sent a link that says it should lead me to a page where iCan set my password for the first time, but like the previous poster points out, it asks me to type my old password - never had one, I’m new. A bug/mistake, obviously.
