I have recently tried to use Aperture 3 with a ColorChecker Passport card to Profile my Sekonic L-758DR light Meter to my Nikon D800E and have found that it did not work.  Apparently the problem lies with the compatibility between Aperture 3 and ColorChecker.   I’ve tried the same process using LightRoom 5 and it works perfectly.  I was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience?

Phillip,

The X-Rite color checker has never worked with Aperture except for using the gray card part. Color checker needs to create a profile like it does with Lightroom which works well. At one time X-Rite I think was going to work on this feature, but since Aperture is coming to an end I feel that will not happen now.
