Relocating pictures from Aperture #1

All of my photos are stored within the Aperture library. I would like to move these out of Aperture into a file system named My Photos.
Once in there I would like to be able to view the .jpg or RAW files and be able to put them into whatever subfolders are appropriate. e.g. myphotos/holiday2012 and then a list of jpg and or RAW files

Is this possible and if so could you please explain how this is achieved? I would ideally like to do this project by project
Thanks

Gus,

I assume you are running managed rather than referenced. If so you can:

1. Highlight your project
2. Go to File > Relocate Originals for Project
3. That will display a Finder-like window where you can customize the folder, subfolder, etc. with any custom name(s) you wish.
4. Once it is the way you like, just click the Relocate Originals tab.

You can relocate the masters as described above. Once relocated, you cannot freely move them about without Aperture losing track of their location. Each time you move them via Finder you also will have to reconnect them to the Aperture Library.

You may login with either your assigned username or your e-mail address.
