How do you remove keywords from a batch of photos?

Select the images, go to menu Metadata > Batch Change…, choose any Metadata preset that includes Keywords, then select the Keywords box, but don’t enter anything in it. It’ll read Clear Values once you select the Replace option (default is Append).
