I've done this many times before but how I used to do it no longer works :

When I create a page layout, select Edit Layout, and try to resize a given photo box by selecting its corners and dragging to change the size, it no longer resizes. Nor am I able to use the height and width sliders in the editor - they will move the image sideways but will not increase or decrease its height or width because they are gray, not black [which is what Aperture Help says to do].

Can anyone help ? Thank you.
