I have a managed library. I use Time Machine as my backup on an external hard drive. I also have a portable hard drive that I have been using for Vaults that I take offsite. With the upcoming change from Aperture to Photos what would your advice be - continue with Vaults until there is more info on what is coming with Photos or change to another back-up plan now?
Nothing to be gained by changing now as far as I can see, may as well wait until Photos makes an actual appearance and a path can be seen…

Agree with Simon. As long as you are still using Aperture, There is no reason to change your backup regimen.
